More burning in above picture. And below is the picture of the piece of land where we are building Cottage 24, our newest cottage design. Sits in a little valley 1400 ft above sea level, looking out into the mountains.
And here is the little house, coming in at 1260 sq ft and selling for $335,000. It sits on a 7+ acre piece of land 5 miles outside Narrowsburg, high above what used to be Luxton Lake.
The house is positioned to take advantage of the big views, with the living room and porches pointed appropriately.
