From one of the first schoolhouses in the area, c. 1860, to a lively gospel church that faded over time to the Hillside Schoolhouse, a 2 room inn and event space 2 miles from the Delaware River.
Owner on right, project manger on left.
10' doors and new monogramed tile.
The old classroom and sermon space.
The windows in this place are amazing.
Super cool and efficient galley kitchen.
Prior to furnishing.
The staircase - which defines the space, allows the 2nd floor, and never tries to hog all the attention.
One of many religious posters that came with the structure. Real holy rollers.
Fun wallpaper in the baths.
Super smart use of colors.
As far as I'm concerned, this project captures our extreme design and construction talents and capabilities in a nutshell. I think it took 6 or 7 months.
